About Conference
The 1st International Conference on AI for Culinary Innovation and Tourism Experience
(AICITE) provides an international platform for the dissemination and critical discussion of
emerging research on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the domains of
culinary science, hospitality, tourism, and experiential design.
This inaugural edition seeks to advance scholarly inquiry into the applications of intelligent computing, machine learning, and data-driven systems that are reshaping these disciplines. Core themes include AI-driven culinary innovation and sustainability, intelligent food safety and supply chain monitoring, computational gastronomy, personalized travel and itinerary optimization, predictive analytics in hospitality management, immersive and augmented travel experiences, as well as customer behavior modeling and experience engineering.
The conference is organized into dedicated tracks on AI in Culinary Sciences, AI for Tourism and Hospitality Innovation, and AI in Experience and Design Technologies, ensuring a comprehensive exploration of the interdisciplinary applications of AI. By convening academics, researchers, and industry practitioners, AICSTE aims to foster critical dialogue, promote cross-sectoral collaborations, and generate new pathways for innovation and scholarly contribution.
